I wholly agree with this practice and your need to have a clear and accurate response to your inquires. The problem is that practice (without informing us of the recording) is not legal in this state. To support this growing practice and to address your need to have a record of the inquiry and response, we have instituted an all email communication standard. Our phones have been removed.
